KissFans
KissFans is the team B of KissSub. It'll be handling some secondary projects and try out new ideas. Rather than working on details, we will focus more on translations. The speed and quality depend only on the members involved in the project though.
In this blog we will also list some updated information about KissSub.

The wishes of KissFans Team (Policy Draft 09 Noviembre, 2008)
- Why: We fansub only to make us happy, we will pick up projects if we like it. And drop/skip it when we lose interest. That means we may do random things.
- How: There are no group ego and we won't push for quality. We believe that quality depends solery on people. If the members are good then we will do well. If the members are so so then we won't try to force it. We hope to do good fansubs, but love a show and enjoy doing it is more important.
- Transparency: The scripts will be published and the changes may be traceable. Once it's translated, it'd be open.
- Donation policy: We won't accept donations in any form. If you like the shows, please purchase the official products.
Usual workflow
- Translator hand out a timed script to pastebin and tell the TLC
- TLC fixes the lines in questions (on-demand TLC)
- To Editor
- Mixing the prepared video and release
We're lazy, we usually skip OP/ED, our encode is likely to be h264 1 pass, the script is not fully tlced and we don't do QC.
